|I started to work for ÅF-Processdesign AB in March after a brief period at FB-Engineering AB. ÅF-PDN is situated in Gothenburg, but I have been assigned to a project here in Stenungsund, at the Borealis Polyethylene Plant.
My new colleagues are very competent in their fields and extremely nice so I enjoy working with them tremendously.
Some of them are together with me in the picture below, after a golf lesson with my professional Johnny Anderson, in the cart. Johnny retired after this season, but together we managed to get my handicap down to single figure (8.9) this year. I will surely miss him very much. After 25 years of playing golf I made my first hole-in-one this year.
During 2001 I have had the pleasure of working with new and old clients:
Nynäs Petroleum, Nynäshamn, Sweden
Borregaard Lignotech, Vargön, Sweden
Amersham Health, Lindesnes, Norway
Borealis Polyethylene Plant, Stenungsund, Sweden
Anna-Lena has now recovered well from her illness and treatment, and is now back on part time work.
Our daughter Helen is doing her second collage year in a curriculum called "natural sciences with an esthetical approach" i.e. music is also included in her studies. Helen is still playing the saxophone in the Stenungsund Orchestra and is active in other music groups and choirs.
Young Martin is doing very well in his eighth grade. Martin is playing the clarinet and is a member of the school orchestra. In sports it is mainly badminton and some golf, which occupies his spare time.
My family and I wish you and your nearest a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
PS. The music you hear is a part of a live recording of the Hallelujah Choir from Händel´s Oratorio The Messiah, which was performed by a local choir and orchestra in a concert in March 2001 in Stenungsund. Anna-Lena, Helen and I were in the choir. DS.
